INVITATION TO REGISTER ON THE DATABASE 2008/2009
The City of Polokwane hereby invites current and
prospective service providers to apply to be
accredited and registered on its Service Provider
Database as required by the Municipal Finance
Management Act of 2003 and its Regulations,
Henceforth, the City will not do business with
service providers that are not accredited and
registered on the database with valid vendor
number. Service providers currently doing business
with the City must reapply in terms of this new
process. Interested service providers are requested
to complete prescribed registration form, which is
accessible from Municipality’s website:
www.polokwane.gov.za and also from SCM Unit,
Room 306, Civic Centre, Cnr. Landros Mare’ and
Bodenstein Street, Polokwane.The database
registration form will be available from 20 May 2008
and closing date for submission is 20 June 2008. |
