Polokwane Municipality gives notice
in terms of Section 12 of the Local
Government Municipal Systems Act
(Act 32 of 2000), as ammended of
it's intention to make 2010 By-Laws.
These
By-Laws will regulate certain
aspects of conducting business
during the hosting of the 2010 FIFA
World Cup TM
Interested parties are therefore
invited to submit comments or inputs
on the proposed By-Law.
These By-Laws are open for
inspection from Monday to Friday
between 07:45 and 16:00 at the
Information Centre on the 2nd Floor,
Civic Centre POLOKWANE
Copies of the By-Laws can be
accessed from the Host City's

shortage of water as a result of a
planned water connection next to the
nearby reservoir. This will happen

is limited to 3 per artist. The

drivers of vehicles who use the

City’s streets will be liable to a
fine of R300.00. This is part of the

Sunrise’ which has been initiated
with the intention of curbing
undesired activities in the City.
For the past few weeks the spotlight
was mainly on car-washers and street
traders who are trading without
permits and those who are
contravening their permits’
